Who these terms are between

These terms cover work performed by Leads for Owners, a growth brand operated by lilAgents LLC, for the client named in a signed agreement or an accepted proposal. Where your signed agreement says something different from this page, your agreement wins.

You own everything, starting on day one

Your website, domain names, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, analytics, email sending domains and inboxes, contact lists, customer records, brand files, and any code or pages we write for you are yours. They are registered in your name, billed to your card where that makes sense, and we work inside them as a collaborator rather than as the owner. There is never a point where your business depends on us keeping the lights on.

What happens when you leave

You keep all of it. We remove our own access, hand over any login we are holding, and transfer anything still sitting in an account of ours. There is no exit fee, no transfer fee, and no waiting period while an invoice clears. We will not hold your assets hostage or disable anything to make a point.

Billing and cancellation

Fees, the billing schedule, and the notice period for cancelling are set out in your signed agreement or accepted proposal. Ad spend, software and data costs outside what your plan includes are billed to your own accounts unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

What we promise and what we do not

We promise to do the work described in your agreement, to tell you what we are doing and what it costs, and to say so plainly when something is not working. We do not promise a specific number of leads, a cost per lead, a ranking position, a citation in any AI answer, or a revenue figure. Results depend on your market, your pricing, how fast you follow up, and how many others compete for the same customers, and most of that is outside our control.

Your responsibilities and liability

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us about your business, for following up on the leads we send you, and for holding whatever license and insurance your trade requires. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim, to the extent the law allows.
