Who we are
Leads For Owners is the lead generation brand operated by lilAgents, and we build and run campaigns for owner-operated trade and industrial businesses. You can reach us at hello@leadsforowners.com, and our mailing address is 5900 Balcones Drive, Austin, Texas 78721. That address is the one printed at the bottom of every email we send, because federal law requires a working postal address on commercial email and we would rather give you a real one.
What we collect
Two kinds of information. The first is business contact information, meaning a company name, a role, a business email address, a business phone number, a website, and a general service area. The second is anything you choose to send us, whether that is a reply to one of our emails or a message to our inbox. We also collect basic website analytics when you visit this site, which tells us how many people came and which pages they read, and we do not try to work out who you are from that.
Where it comes from
Public sources and licensed commercial data providers, which means company websites, business directories, licensing and permit records, and vendors who sell business contact data. We gather it in a business capacity, about companies and the people who run them at work, and we do not go looking for personal or household information. If you want to know how we got your address specifically, email us and ask, and we will tell you.
How we use it
We use business contact information to send business to business email about our services, to reply when you write back, and to keep track of who has asked us not to contact them again. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade our contact lists to anyone. We do rely on ordinary service providers to run the business, including email delivery, hosting and a customer record system, and those providers only handle the information in order to run that service for us.
How to opt out
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and clicking it takes you out. You can also reply and say stop, write to hello@leadsforowners.com, or mail a request to the address above. We honor every opt-out request. Federal law gives us ten business days to process one and we usually do it the same day, after which we keep your address on a suppression list so a later campaign cannot pick you up again. We do not ask you for a reason.
Security, retention and your rights
We keep what we collect for as long as it is useful for the business relationship or for proving that we honored an opt-out, and we protect it with the safeguards our vendors provide. No system is perfect, so we are not going to promise this one cannot be breached. Depending on where you live you may have the right to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can email hello@leadsforowners.com to start that.
